Shipping & Returns

Delivery
• All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service.
• UK postage cost is £1.95
• International (Non-UK) shipping cost is £8.95
• UK deliveries are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. However during busy and seasonal periods delivery can take up to 14 working days.
• International orders (Non-UK) are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For international parcel service. These may take up to 28 working days to be delivered.
• Due to the fragility and weight of some of our products, they can only be sent via a Special Delivery service. This will be noted in the product description.
• We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may occur when items are sent outside of the UK. This is the responsibility of the customer.
• Please note: We hold no responsibility or liability for the loss of a parcel due to incorrect address details provided to us by the customer. If a parcel is lost due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer it is therefore the customers responsibility. We will not refund or resend an item if this is the case.

Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange a product in addition to the Distance Selling regulations you have 14 days to do so.
To return/exchange your item(s) please contact us with your order number at info@galaxyroxjewellery.co.uk. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. We do not accept any responsibility for return postage costs.
Requests outside of the 14 day period will be processed at our own discretion.
If you believe you have received a faulty/damaged item, please notify us within 7 days at info@galaxyroxjewellery.co.uk and we will do our best to solve the problem.
Faulty items should be returned to us within 14 working days.
Items showing defect deemed to be the result of general wear and tear or neglect will not be regarded as faulty.

Credit Notes
• Credit notes are redeemable for 1 year from the date of issue.
• Credit notes are electronic and a code will be issued to use at checkout.
• No change will be given from a credit note.

Sale Items:
• Items purchased in our sale are non-refundable and can only be exchanged. You must follow the above exchange process to do this.
• Earrings & Body Jewellery: For health and safety reasons no returns or refunds can be issued on earrings, body jewellery or septum clips.
